Important thing you need is:
Google account – Gmail to be precise!
Now Log in to Youtube Account
Next Click Video Manager – Channel Setting – Advanced
Go to "MONETIZATION" and click "Enable
Monetization",
Then Accept All Term And Condition( tick all 3 square box)
Finish Setting the Monetization, You need to upload a simple Video.
After Video Upload complete, Click Monetization Tab as show below.
